Goya ( Bitter Melon )


You’re wondering what is this dinosaur looking vegetable 😱 it’s called “Goya”(bitter melon) They are often cooked during the summer in Japan and most famous vegetable from Okinawa 🌴🌊 I cut goya in half lengthwise. Remove seeds with a spoon. Slice the goya thinly and sauté with thinly slice pork & sprouts. 🍴SuPa SuPa bitter taste 😖 yet sooooo yummy 😄 Lady ☝ full of vitamin C too 👯💨
