Chef Fréderic Duca “Racines” in Tribeca 

Racines opened last month on Chambers Street in Tribeca. My friend,Onick, and I were super lucky that we got counter seating in front of the open kitchen. YAY! *\(^_^)/* I highly recommend for you to make reservations at this counter seat. However, if your party is bigger than two people this might not be the right space for you. In either case, good luck with reservations because they only have four counter seats!! I enjoyed being right at the heart of the restaurant, listening to French, and watching Chef Fréderic Duca and the others in action. Oh, by the way, I can’t speak French…hehe (~_~) My friend and I ordered two appetizers and two entrees to share. We enjoyed all four plates. I will definitely go back again sometime soon to try new dishes.
