The flakiest, butteriest, airiest chocolate croissants are happen to be at small pastry shop on Spring street in my neighborhood Nolita since 1992. All the yummy pastries baked by pastry chef Laurent Dupal everyday. Also Pear William cake is elegant and delightful too. I sometime pick it up for dinner party and other event.
